Prism IT Global operates a precision staffing and enterprise technology talent business. This page explains the general terms that govern use of this website and communications through Prism-owned forms and contact channels.
The website is intended for business-to-business informational use. It does not create an employment agreement, vendor agreement, master services agreement, service level agreement, or candidate representation agreement by itself.

What happens after a form is submitted
This section covers the practical mechanics, not just the summary above. Visitors and candidates are trusting Prism with contact details, company context, and sometimes career history before any agreement is signed, so the handling of that information should be as clear as the form itself.
What Prism collects
Prism collects information gathered directly through website forms: contact details, company context, role requirements, and the profile links submitted through the talent network form. This site does not collect payment information, government identification, or health information.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to route inquiries to the right team member, evaluate candidate fit against active or future roles, and respond to shortlist requests. It is not sold to third parties and is not used to build public marketing lists without consent.
Retention and safeguards
Website form submissions are stored in an access-controlled server database outside the public website directory and may also generate a notification email to Prism. Contact and candidate information is retained only as long as it remains relevant to an active search, a candidate relationship, or a legitimate recordkeeping need, and is protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Analytics
Like most business websites, this site may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve page performance. That data is aggregate and is not used to build individual profiles of visitors.
Embedded job opportunities
The Search Jobs page loads a career-portal widget from CEIPAL to display current opportunities. Loading or using that widget connects the visitor’s browser directly to CEIPAL, and the supplied widget loads a supporting jQuery file from Google’s hosted libraries service. CEIPAL may process technical usage information and, when a visitor chooses to apply or submit a resume, the information entered through its embedded service. CEIPAL may use cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy policy. The widget is not loaded on other Prism routes.
Your rights
Visitors and candidates can request a copy of the information Prism holds about them, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing corp@prismitglobal.com. Prism responds to verified privacy requests within a reasonable business timeframe.
